Agent Trust Promise

DSFulfill is built as infrastructure for fulfillment agents — not as a marketplace, broker, or intermediary.
This page outlines the principles we commit to so agents can scale with confidence.

In short: Your clients are yours. Your pricing is yours. Your relationships are yours.

Our Core Commitments

1. We Do Not Compete With Agents

DSFulfill does not operate fulfillment services, sourcing services, or dropshipping stores. We do not take orders, quote prices, or negotiate on behalf of any party.

2. Agents Own Their Clients

Any client you acquire through DSFulfill — or manage within DSFulfill — remains fully under your control.

3. We Do Not Intercept Communication or Payments

DSFulfill is not a transactional platform. All communication, pricing, contracts, and payments happen directly between agents and their clients.

4. Verified Demand Is Optional and Non-Exclusive

Access to verified fulfillment requests is an optional feature. Agents decide whether to view, respond to, or ignore any request.

5. Data Is Used to Operate the System — Not to Exploit It

We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the platform. Data is never used to compete with, undercut, or replace agents.

What DSFulfill Is — and Is Not

These principles are reflected in our product design, pricing model, and internal access controls.

Platform Evolution & Accountability
As DSFulfill evolves, these principles remain foundational. Any material change that affects agent trust will be communicated transparently and in advance.

We believe long-term trust is built by constraints, not promises.
